WATTERS AND DENNIS CRACKER FACTORY. Owned and operated by Thomas Watters and W. S. Dennis, who also owned WATTERS AND DENNIS, the cracker factory had a capacity for the manufacture into crackers of twenty-five barrels of flour daily.
In 1887 the company at 20-22 Eighth Street between Bluff and Locust employed fifteen.
