WOLCOTT, Albert (VT, Feb. 9, 1835--Unknown). Proprietor, KEY CITY BAKERY, corner of White and Sixth STREETS. Wolcott came to Iowa in 1869 and settled in Dubuque.
He was involved in railroading for seventeen years and then in 1878 joined Jesse P. FARLEY in establishing the Key City Bakery. Wolcott served as the business manager.
