LAGOMARCINO-GRUPE COMPANY. The Dubuque branch of Lagomarcino-Grupe, located at 136-146 Main Street according to the 1909 and 1915 Dubuque City Directory, was established in 1905.
The original business was opened in Burlington in 1875 and branches had been established in Cedar Rapids, Creston, Davenport, Ottumwa, Clinton, and Quincy, Illinois. The company handled fruits, nuts, vegetables, and fresh oysters in season. It was a fruit wholesaler.
