WINTER, Donald. (Dubuque, IA, Feb. 8, 1930--Newall, CA, Feb. 6, 1993). Construction coordinator. Winter served the television and motion picture industris as a construction coordinator. Among his many projects was work on the television series "Little House on the Prairie."
