City Hat Factory. The business was located in a two story wood frame building east of the old DUBUQUE CUSTOM HOUSE AND POST OFFICE (later torn down for the construction of the home offices for Northwestern Bell Telephone Company) at 9th and Main. The site later became the Fischer Building.
