TULLY, Thomas Sr. (Rising Sun, WI, Mar. 9, 1866--Dubuque, IA, July 10, 1928). Tully began his life in the lumber business working for the Lansing, Wisconsin Lumber Company. He came to Dubuque in 1896 and went to work for the DUBUQUE WOODENWARE AND LUMBER COMPANY before joining the DUBUQUE LUMBER AND COAL COMPANY. He rose to become secretary and treasurer of the company.
