ORMSBY, Frank E. (Lewis Co., NY, Feb. 10, 1857--Unknown). Manufacturer. In the late 1800s Ormsby operated the only steam laundry in Dubuque. He was also in the business of manufacturing shirts, collars, and cuffs.
