MCDONALD, Dorothy Bessie. (Dubuque, IA, Feb. 27, 191O-Dubuque, IA, July 7, 1988). Director. McDonald, a charter organizer of Chapter KI of PEO, served as treasurer of the HILLCREST SERVICE LEAGUE. She was on the board of directors of HILLCREST FAMILY SERVICES and the DUBUQUE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA AUXILIARY.
