ISENHART, Charles. (Dubuque, IA- ). Executive Director, DUBUQUE AREA LABOR-MANAGEMENT COUNCIL. In April 1990 Isenhart was named the first executive director of the Council that had been formed in 1988. A graduate of LORAS COLLEGE in science and speech communication, Isenhart received a graduate degree in journalism from the Marquette University Graduate School of Journalism in Milwaukee. The executive director position was funded with a grant from the Iowa Department of Economic Development.
