BARNARD, William. (Rochester, NY, Oct. 28, 1818-- ). Proprietor, Lorimer House. Barnard grew up in New York State and came to Dubuque in 1856. He has been connected with the Lorimer House at the corner of Julien Avenue and Bluff Street since 1861.
