ST. GEORGE SOCIETY
ST. GEORGE SOCIETY. A notice was placed in the Dubuque Herald on December 12, 1876 that all people claiming England as their birthplace were invited to meet in the parlor of the JULIEN HOUSE on December 14th. The object was to form this social club. No further mention of the organization has been found.
