RYAN, Sally A. Tuhey (Oct. 12, 1927--Portland, OR, March 14, 2020). Active in local community theater, Sally sued the local school district (and won) for equal access for children of all learning abilities. She volunteered to drive artists-in-residence around the community an was a Meals-on-Wheels volunteer. She was the director of the Fine Arts One Act Play Competition for ten years.
