FINCEL, Frank R. (Dubuque, IA-- ). The son of Frank J. FINCEL, Frank R. Fincel and his family continued the business of supplying the tri-state region with fruits and vegetables.
Like other members of the family, Frank R. Fincel also participated in trap shooting. In 1965 he was a member of the sub-junior team of the Amateur Trapshooting Association.
