MULGREW, James Patrick. (Dubuque,IA, Mar. 17 1936--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 7, 1997). Mulgrew attended Notre Dame and graduated from LORAS COLLEGE and served as the president MULGREW OIL COMPANY for forty-one years.

Within the community, he volunteered for PROJECT CONCERN, Children's Hospital in Iowa City, ST. VINCENT de PAUL, St. Stephen's Food Bank, and United Way.
