Loats, Eldon F. (Belmond, IA, Apr. 30, 1923--Dubuque, IA, Mar. 10, 1994). Board member. A sales manager at American Cyanamid Company in Dubuque for thirty-six years, Loats was a past president of the DUBUQUE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB. A past president of the UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE Alumni Association, he was at the time of his death serving on the board of directors.
