CITIZENS' STATE BANK (THE). Organized in 1890 and located in 1911 at the northwest corner of Main and Eighth Street, the Citizens State Bank had as officers P.J. Lee, President; E. B. Pickenbrock, Vice President; and H. P. Willging, Cashier.

The 1911-12 Dubuque City Directory listed 805 Main.

The 1913 Dubuque and Dubuque County Directory stated that this business was located at 805 Main.

The 1915 Dubuque City Directory listed the address as 157 BANK AND INSURANCE BUILDING.
