UPTON, Samuel. (England, Feb. 15, 1832--Dubuque, IA, 1903). Proprietor, American Restaurant, 583 Main Street. Upton's American Restaurant, once located at the corner of Seventh and Main, was for years the oldest restaurant in Dubuque.
