JACOB RISSER. According to the 1857-1858 Dubuque City Directory, this business was located on Washington between 13th and 14th.

The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave no address for this business although it was listed.

The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as the east side of Jackson between Eagle Point Avenue and Sanford.
