ADAMS, Matilda (Sister). (Charleston, AR--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 5, 1980). Major Superior, Dubuque Franciscans. Sister Adams served as the major superior of the Dubuque Franciscans from 1962 until 1972. She taught in the archdiocese and spent nine years at Holy Trinity School.
