BISANZ, Lucille. (Dubuque, IA-Dubuque, IA, July 7, 1985). Baseball fan; founder and president of the Packer Pals. Bisanz was also one of the founders of the Packer Backers, an organization formed to keep professional BASEBALL in the City of Dubuque.
