WALLER-COOPER PARK. A tract of land 100 x 150 feet lying between Cooper and Fenelon and east of the Claridge Apartments was deeded to the city in John R. and Austin C. Waller and their sister Mae W. Long of Washington, D.C. in December, 1958 with the provision that it be used forever as a play area and that the donors be allowed to name it.
