MCCOLLINS, Bernice. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 30, 1937). Shortly after leaving school, McCollins joined her father in the MCCOLLINS EXPRESS & TRANSFER LINE. She rose to become an executive in the company and only stepped down when faced with failing health.
