ORMSBY, Frank E. (Lewis Co., NY, Feb. 10, 1857--Unknown). In 1880 Ormsby operated the Steam Laundry, the only one of its kind in Dubuque at 890 Main Street. He was also in the business of manufacturing shirts, collars, and cuffs.
