WALLIS, J. Allen, Jr. (Dubuque, IA, Apr. 7, 1911--Dubuque, IA, July 27, 1997). Company president. Wallis was president of Wallis, Kunnert, Price and Smith Insurance for sixty years. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, Wallis locally served as president and member of the board of the DUBUQUE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, chairman of the Dubuque Economic Development Board, and a member of the board of DUBUQUE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY. Wallis was also the owner and developer of Indian Hills subdivision and Coventry Park Apartments.
