RETTENMAIER FLOORING. Rettenmaier Flooring, a family-owned business, was started in 1959 by John Rettenmaier. From 1964 through 1972 the company was located at 1696 Central.
The 1977 through 1980 Dubuque City Directory listed 1105 Loras for Rettenmaier Floor Covering.
In 1996 Rettenmaier opened the Carpet Depot in downtown Dubuque. In 2011 the company's showroom was located at 1105 Loras Blvd.
