FRED LIEBE. According to the 1857-1858 and 1859-1860 Dubuque City Directory, this business was located on the alley between White and Clay and 16th and 17th.

The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave no address for this business although it was listed as a blacksmith.

The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed the west side of Clay between 16th and 17th.

The 1870-1871 through 1873-74 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business could be found on the northwest corner of White and 16th.

The 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of Jackson and the Millville Road.
