KINTZINGER, John W. (Dubuque, IA, Aug. 12, 1870-Dubuque, IA, Apr. 3, 1946). Judge. In his early career, Kintzinger served as a member of the city council from 1900 to 1902 and as the city attorney from 1904 to 1908. From 1911 to 1923, he was a judge of the 19th Judicial District Court. He was a Democratic delegate to the party's national convention in 1912.
