G. COTTER. The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave no address for this business although it was listed as a shoe/boot manufacturer.
The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory located this business, shoe manufacturing, on the north side of 1st between Main and Locust.
The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 263 Main.
The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed the southeast corner of 1st and Locust.
