PACIFIC HOUSE. The 1859-1860 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of Jones and Iowa. It was then called a boarding house.
The 1868 Guide, Gazetteer and Directory of the Dubuque & Soux (sic) City Railroad stated that this business was located at the corner of Jones and Iowa.
The 1874-1875 through 1884-1885 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at the corner of 1st and Iowa.
