ECONOMY MAIL SERVICE. Established in 1946, Economy Mail in 1951 and 1955 was located at 1414 N. Algona according to Dubuque City Directory.
In 1979 it was located at 1534 Central. Its proprietor was Francis J. KELLY. It closed before his death.
