Robert Kenline graduated from COLUMBIA COLLEGE and the Notre Dame Law School. Locally he served on the board of directors of the CARNEGIE-STOUT PUBLIC LIBRARY and the DUBUQUE BOYS' CLUB for which he also held the office of president. He was the charter president of St. Joseph's School Board.
