JOHN BALE. The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business could be found on the north side of 8th between Main and Iowa. He was also listed as a gas and steam pipe fitter at the same address.
According to the 1883 Dubuque City Directory, this business was located at the corner of 8th and Main.
