RANDALL, Leroy D. (Washington Co., NY, Sept. 25, 1818-Dubuque, IA, June 17, 1891). Wholesale dealer in leather and saddlery hardware. The oldest dealer in leather and saddlery hardware west of the [[MISSISSIPPI RIVER]], Randall was a business associate of [[THOMPSON, John|John THOMPSON]] beginning in 1861. Randall served as vice-president of the [[LINWOOD CEMETERY]] Association and was elected an alderman.

RANDALL, Leroy D. (Washington Co., NY, Sept. 25, 1818-Dubuque, IA, June 17, 1891). L. D. Randall & Company, a wholesale dealer in leather and saddlery hardware, was located at the site where JOHN BELL & COMPANY was later located. It was the oldest business of its type in Dubuque.

Beginning in 1861, Randall was a business associate of John THOMPSON.

Randall served as vice-president of the LINWOOD CEMETERY Association and was elected an alderman.
