WINALL, James Wallis. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 10, 1983-Dubuque, IA, ) Chairman of the Board, [[FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF DUBUQUE]]. Winall, associated with First National Bank for over fifty years, served as vice-president and director. An active member of civic clubs and organizations, Winall was a member of the Dubuque Dock Commission, treasurer of the school board for twenty-one years, director of the [[UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE]] and the [[YOUNG MEN’S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION (Y.M.C.A)]] and chairman of the board of trustees of [[SAINT LUKE’S UNITED METHODIST CHURCH]]. At the time of his death, he was a director of the [[LINWOOD CEMETERY]] Association and a member of the [[DUBUQUE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB]].
