PRITCHARD, C. L. (Ct--Unknown). Pritchard received his education in Connecticut and New York State. He came to Dubuque in 1869. (1) Pritchard began working for the AMERICAN EXPRESS CO. and held the position for nine years. In 1878 he established the business of C. L. PRITCHARD AND COMPANY.
