BARNARD, William. (Rochester, NY, Oct. 28, 1818--Unknown). Proprietor, [[LORIMIER HOUSE]].  Barnard grew up in New York State and came to Dubuque in 1856.  He was involved with business of the Lorimier House at the corner of Julien Avenue and Bluff Street after 1861.
