JAMES RAYMOND. Once used to tow [[SPAULDING AND ROGERS FLOATING CIRCUS PALACE]], the ''James Raymond" entertained Dubuque residents on May 30, 1858. The boat contained the "Rialto," a concert saloon which provided dramatic performances, vaudeville and minstrel entertainment.
