DUBUQUE FAST PITCH HALL OF FAME. Successor, in 1989, to the Dubuque Softball Hall of Fame. Started in 1976 to promote fast pitch baseball in Dubuque, the organization has for many years sponsored a youth fast pitch clinic in addition to recognizing many of the finest local ball players.
