HERARD, Joseph (Monsignor)  (Cascade, IA- ) Principal. Herard, a graduate of [[LORAS COLLEGE]], served the [[ARCHDIOCESE OF DUBUQUE]] in many capacities. He is perhaps best known as principal of [[WAHLERT CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL]].

Following his ordination, Herard served as the private secretary to Archbishop [[ROHLMAN, Henry P.|Henry P. ROHLMAN]]. In Dubuque he also taught at Loras and served as vice principal of Loras Academy. In 1991 he was named pastor of Resurrection Parish in Dubuque.

Following his ordination, Herard served as the private secretary to Archbishop Henry P. ROHLMAN. In Dubuque he also taught at Loras and served as vice principal of Loras Academy.
