Wanda moved to Dubuque with her family in September of 1969. James was the minister at the Dubuque Church of Christ. Wanda worked at the [[CARNEGIE-STOUT PUBLIC LIBRARY]] for eighteen years as the Children's Programmer, retiring in 1987. She became well known in Dubuque as the "Storybook Lady." REYNOLDS, Wanda L. (Anadarko, OK, Oct. 5, 1924--Dubuque, IA, July 26, 2014). The daughter of James Melvin and Lou Willie (Howell) Tindel, Wanda married James Lee Reynolds on March 11, 1950 in Waurika, Oklahoma.
