BLACKROCK FABRICATION. After working closely with the Northeast Iowa Small Business Development Center, Pat Siegert opened Blackrock Fabrication at 2400 Ker Blvd. in November, 2014. The company provided metal fabrication, laser-cutting and welding services for tri-state manufacturing companies.
