JOHN GLAB. The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed a flour mill at the northeast corner of 9th and Pine.

The Dubuque Herald announced on May 27, 1874 that Glab had opened a vinegar plant and had obtained several orders during a trip west. The plant was located between 3rd and 4th STREETS. (1)

The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed Iowa between 3rd and 4th.

The 1880 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 9th and Elm for a vinegar plant.

The 1886-87 Dubuque City Directory listed the foot of 9th.

The 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed the foot of 8th for the mustard works.
