JOHN B. FOLTZER. The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed the southwest corner of 12th and Jackson.

The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as the southeast corner of 12th and Jackson.

Foltzer relocated his bar to the corner of 12th and White in 1872. (1)
