Joe was first employed at [[SINDT MOTORCYCLE SALES]] and the body shop at Finnin Ford. Next he worked with Al Zumback and Rich Fluhr building custom vans in the 1970s. Joe was first employed at SINDT MOTORCYCLE SALES and the body shop at Finnin Ford. Next he worked with Al Zumback and Rich Fluhr building custom vans in the 1970s. Eventually Joe opened his own body shop, Joe Welbes Auto Shoppe, which he owned and operated for over 30 years until health issues forced him into early retirement.
