RANDALL, Leroy D. (Washington Co., NY, Sept. 25, 1818-Dubuque, IA, June 17, 1891). Leroy D. Randall was the owner of [[L. D. RANDALL AND CO.]], a wholesale dealer in leather and saddlery hardware, located at the site where John Bell & Company was later located. It was the oldest business of its type in Dubuque.

RANDALL, Leroy D. (Washington Co., NY, Sept. 25, 1818-Dubuque, IA, June 17, 1891). Leroy D. Randall was the owner of L. D. RANDALL AND COMPANY, a wholesale dealer in leather and saddlery hardware. It was the oldest business of its type in Dubuque.

Beginning in 1861, Randall was a business associate of John THOMPSON.

Randall served as vice-president of the LINWOOD CEMETERY Association. He is a also a director in the Commercial Bank and a director in the Iowa Trust and Savings Bank. He served one term as Alderman and was a prominent member of the Board of Trade.
