ECONOMY MAIL SERVICE. Established in 1946, Economy Mail in 1948 through 1962 was located at 1414 N. Algona according to the Dubuque City Directory.
From 1964 through 1980 the company was located at 1534 Central. Its proprietor was Francis J. KELLY.
The 1982 and 1983 Dubuque City Directory listed Economy Mail Service and Printing at the same address.
