HUGH CORRANCE. A grocery store operated by Hugh CORRANCE, was located at 1204 Iowa according to the 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory.
The 1875-1877 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 297 13th.
The April 3, 1877 Dubuque Herald writers commented that Hugh Corrance had "shaded the sidewalk in front of his store with one of those rural sheds that is convenient but not beautiful." (1)
The 1886-87 Dubuque City Directory listed 267 13th and 640 Main.
The 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 13th and Iowa.
The 1899-1900 Dubuque City Directory listed 297 13th.
