JOSEPH WITTMER. The 1861 Dubuque City Directory listed a boarding house, bar and restaurant at 10th and Clay.
The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed a bar at 89 Main.
The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as the south side of 8th between Main and Iowa.
The 1874-1875 through the 1884-1885 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was to be found at 264 8th.
The 1886-87 through 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed 527 Clay.
