The 1970 and 1972 Dubuque City Directory listed 1645 Central. The 1977 Dubuque City Directory listed Feller-Van Horne Upholstering Company at 1645 Central and Feller-Van Horne Upholstery at 1643 Central.
It closed around 2000. It was last owned by Jeff Potts.
