In 1914 his brother, Alexander G. Peryon, joined him.  They continued in business until Edward died in 1935. Alexander managed the store into the 1940s.

PERYON PHARMACY. Business. In 1907 Edward P. Peryon established his drug store at 105 8th Street. The 1916-1917 White's Dubuque County Directory and 1918 Dubuque and East Dubuque City Directory listed the same address.

The 1923 and 1929 Dubuque City Directory listed 257 W. 8th.
